Rick has over 35 years of professional experience within the IT field. He attended Edinboro University of Pennsylvania (now PennWest Edinboro), majoring in Mathematics and minoring in Computer Science. Rick started out in the legal industry serving as the IT director for Shapiro and Olander (now Shapiro Sher), Whiteford Taylor & Preston, and Lexis-Nexis. Since then, he has worked in fields such as finance, aviation, and medical for companies such as JP Morgan Chase, CitiBank, Medflight of Ohio, and NetJets. Joining Rea in 2023 as the IT project Manager for the RIS team, he assists with organizing and tracking onboarding projects for new clients as well as special projects for existing clients. He also provides project management for select internal Rea projects as needed.

Rick is an avid motorcyclist that has traveled through many states on two wheels over the past 30 years. Giving back to his community, Rick teaches motorcycle safety to beginners and experienced riders through the Ohio Department of Public Safety. He also enjoys landscaping and home improvement with his spouse of 18 years, Chris, who has been a nurse for over 30 years, and is currently serving Veterans at the VA.
