Jim initiated his IT career in 2021. Currently positioned as a Technology Specialist II at Rea, Jim is responsible for handling Level 1 and Level 2 service requests, engaging with clients, and supporting the RIS team as required. His certification credentials include CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, and he is a Microsoft 365 certified Endpoint Administrator Associate.
During his free time, Jim enjoys playing video games and hanging out with his cats.
