Jim joined Rea in 2026 as a Client Relationship Manager in the Cleveland office. With nearly three decades of IT experience, Jim connects technical teams with client business goals, turning complex challenges into practical solutions that reduce risk and create long-term value. He began his career in 1997 at Probe Technologies, later becoming co-owner, and most recently built a Project Management Office at F1 Networks. Jim holds a BA in Information Systems and a Master’s in Information Architecture and Knowledge Management from Kent State University, along with a Project Management certificate.
In his spare time, Jim enjoys biking and hiking Ohio’s trails, practicing yoga, volunteering in the community, and diving into sci-fi books and films.
