There isn’t one. We limit these sessions to 15 businesses per quarter because we want to deliver real value and potentially earn your business down the road. If we do good work, you might think of us when you need IT support. If not, you still received free value.

How long does each session take?

Either option takes under 4 hours and can be scheduled at your convenience, including evenings and weekends.

We already have IT support. Can we still participate?

Absolutely. Think of this like a second opinion or health check-up. Even businesses with existing IT support benefit from an outside perspective on their security posture or help with a specific challenge.

What happens after the session?

For Option A, you’ll receive a one-page executive summary within 48 hours. For Option B, your issue will be resolved during the session. There’s no obligation to continue working with us, though we’re happy to discuss ongoing support if you’re interested.

Which option should I choose?
